Shipping and Delivery

LUXCOLLECTOR carries out shipments throughout the Italian territory (excluding the state of Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino) throughout the European Union and also throughout the Rest of the World.

LUXCOLLECTOR will only make deliveries to the user's address provided at the time of purchase.

In accordance with the discipline referred to in art. 61 of the Consumer Code, LUXCOLLECTOR undertakes to deliver the Products to Customers within 30 days from the order confirmation.

LUXCOLLECTOR therefore cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the Customer and / or the recipient of the Products from the delay in delivery if the same occurred within 30 days from the order confirmation.

The Customer is required to check the Products and packaging at the time of delivery, accepting them in the presence of any discrepancies "with reserve".

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed.

LUXCOLLECTOR provides for the delivery of the goods in Italy and in the rest of the world.

Shipping rates:

ITALY - free shipping

EUROPE - € 50

REST OF WORLD - 100 €

The shipment of the products will take place only after the payment of the order amount has been duly registered and confirmed to LUXCOLLECTOR.

Products shipped within Italy are indicatively delivered within 2-3 working days of shipment; products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 3-5 working days of shipment. For non-EU shipments, it takes on average 5-14 working days from shipment.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Any variation to the above will be promptly communicated by e-mail to the Customer.

Import Taxes and Customs Duties

The products sold are not subject to any import tax or customs duty if the product is sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the products may be subject to import taxes and / or customs duties depending on the type of product and the country of destination. It is not possible to predict in any way whether and what costs should be incurred for the customs clearance of the goods.
